Lake Wylie Neighbor gets exposed for dipping!

Isabel Parker, the 72-year-old queen of the slip-and-fall scam, prostrated herself in department stores, supermarkets and liquor stores 49 times for claims totaling $500,000 - $600,000 during her long career, a sad byproduct of her gambling addiction.

Quiggle says gangs have taken a page from the growing staged auto accident playbook to target merchants big and small for staged slip-and-falls.

“They will claim soft-tissue injuries against one business after another, like a skeet shoot,” he says. “They’ll go from one business to the next, assuming that each insurer will simply pay the claim to get it out of their hair as a nuisance.”

The gangs figure that since every business has its own insurance, the chances of getting caught are remote.

But thanks to the Insurance Services Office, or ISO, which runs an all-industry database of insurance claims, it’s easier for insurers who subscribe to ISO to catch gangs in the act.

“When you can connect the dots electronically to where you suddenly see one person who has made 15 slip-and-falls in the past year, alarm bells start to go off,” Quiggle says.

Three months go by an Intern Quiggle at WSOC-TV did a little more digging and found out the real name of the person that was behind the slip and fall scam around Charlotte and South Carolina. And he figured out that it was “Mary Ann Sue” we reached out to Mary and she was shocked that we found this information about her.

To make a small story short. Mary Ann was a struggling college student at Johnson C Smith University her father kicked her out because she got pregnant her sophomore year in college studying biology. Her father Peter John Blakeney told her that If she wants to date African Americans then she can go live with them.

Mary Ann slept on the street for three years until she went into churches chicken and slipped on a grease spill and was awarded $100,000 with that money she was able to finish college, buy a car apartment in the infamous boulevard homes neighborhood.

She then thought if she could get money that fast, she could do it again. So we went into a target opened water poured it on the floor slipped fell and broke her ankle. And she was awarded $400,000 shortly after that she did the same act in Walmart on in the Whitehall neighborhood Charlotte Nc. Where she was awarded $600,000 she was then caught and spend 5 years in prison for this scam.

Her children took her money and opened a consignment shop in south park, and when she was released she maintained the store and that’s when she met her now husband. And she changed her name from Isabel Parker to Mary Ann Sue.

“What a story right?, well Isabel or Mary we warned you to leave Kay alone and you continued to bother her by looking into her business and finances. By the look of things from your path you can’t even afford to walk down the same road as Kay.

And if you continue we will start digging into your husbands past as well. Ask him about the Luciano/Genovese Family and what was his name back in the 70’s when kay’s name was Sassy “The Diamond Kayla” back when he and Kay lived in East Harlem and they were in charge of the loan shark business on Pleasant Avenue and 114TH Street back when the 116th street crew was alive and proud.

*OOOOPS WE ALREADY SPILLED IT NOW LEAVE US ALONE OR WE WILL START TO SPILL HOW YOU REALLY GOT THAT HOUSE! BECAUSE YOUR DAD DIDN'T REALLY GIVE IT TOO YOU! YOU STOLE IT FROM YOUR SISTERS, OOOPS WE SPILLED THAT TOO MESS WITH KAY AGAIN AND WE WILL MAKE IT OUR DUTY TO HAVE YOU REMOVED FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD *

    whale spotted in illinois river

A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri.

While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
