Tulsi Gabbard Attempted to Seduce Sanders in Play for Power — Report

By: Jaime Whitmore

The Hawaii Congresswoman and rising progressive star Tulsi Gabbard made multiple attempts to seduce Bernie Sanders during his 2016 presidential run, according to sources within the Sanders campaign and Gabbard inner circle.

"The friendlier we got with the Senator, the better the chance we had of getting a nice position in the Congress or the Cabine if he got elected," said one Gabbard staffer, "If he lost, well we'd still have his good grace when we'd plan out a 2020 or 2024 run."

Other sources confirmed this story.

"It was f*cked up," said an aide to Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver, "Bernie was telling Jeff about it. I was starting to believe poor Bernie was falling in love with Tulsi."

Others within the campaign, however, were more hesitant to believe the stories. "I know Bernie. I trust him not to mess these types of things up."

Such attempts to garner favor with the progressive firebrand come at a time when most Americans are extremely dissatisfied with corruption in their democracy. Many of Gabbard's own staffers resigned after this attempt to "get easy" with the Senator.

"I trusted Gabbard, y'know?" said one aide to the Represenative, "I believed in her but she failed me."

Gabbard stepped down from her post as a vice chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee earlier in the year to support Sanders in the primaries. She stood by Sanders through the Democratic convention, only announcing she would vote for Clinton days after the convention ended.

She has recently met with President-elect Donald Trump as well. "President-elect Trump asked me to meet with him about our current policies regarding Syria, our fight against terrorist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS, as well as other foreign policy challenges we face," Gabbard said in a statement. whale spotted in illinois river

A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri.

While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
